Project Description: Provide all TOOLS, MATERIALS and EQUIPMENT necessary to remove and replace the pressure regulator station at Spalding Hall. The proposed work shall generally include the removal of existing pressure regulating valves, isolation valves, strainers and pressure gauges; and the installation of new pressure regulating valves, isolation valves, strainers and pressure gauges.

Special Instructions
ALL bidders are requested to attend a site walk-through at 9 am on Friday, May 30, 2025. Contractors shall meet at the Physical Plant Mechanical Engineering Office located at 2002 East-West Road. Contract documents will be distributed at the walk-through. Contractors interested in bidding this work must contact Randee Chang through email (randee@hawaii.edu) or phone (956-8898) to confirm attendance by 4:00 pm on Thursday, May 29, 2025. Contractors who DO NOT attend this site walk-through may not be allowed to bid on this work.
