Project Description: This project generally consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to remove the existing motor and install a Department furnished spare motor with a Contractor furnished motor shaft; refurbish the existing motor and deliver to the Panaewa site; daily clean-up of the job site at the conclusion of each work day; ensure vibration of well assembly as measured by peak velocity is less than 0.05 ips; and perform all incidental work necessary to complete repair in accordance with the specifications.
