BID ADDITIVE No. 1 Labor and material to replace exterior fuel piping located on the west face of the building including approx 60 ft of supply and return fuel piping, pipe supports, and painting.

BID ADDITIVE No. 2: Labor and material to furnish and install 2000 gallons of new fuel.

Special Instructions
ALL bidders are requested to attend a mandatory site walk through at 10:30am on Thursday May 1, 2025. Contractors shall meet at the Facilities Management Office, 2002 East West Road, Honolulu, Hawaii 96822. Contract documents will be distributed at the site walk through. Contractors interested in bidding this work shall contact Shannon Suzuki through email (stsuzuki@hawaii.edu) to confirm attendance by 4:00pm Wednesday April 30, 2025. Contractors who do not attend the site walk-through will not be allowed to bid. The award shall be made to the responsible bidder submitting the responsive bid with the lowest Total. Failure to provide the price breakdown may disqualify the bid.
