Project Description: Upgrade existing emergency power system to support additional loads for Deputy Director\'s Office and the Emergency Operations Center; evaluate and implement measures for flood mitigation for electrical equipment for Pier 10-11, Honolulu Harbor, Oahu; and replace and relocate electrical equipment currently located on the interior wall of Pier 11 employee parking lot.
