Project Description: The work shall generally consist of repairs to various structures and facilities at Sand Island State Recreation Area, as quantified on the attached proposal and scope of work. Scope of work shall include, but not limited to reroofing comfort stations #2 & #3 to include upper and lower roofs. Overlay on existing roof: install cover board, fleeceback TPO 80 mil membrane with accessories; replace existing gutters with galvalume gutters & PVC downspouts; replace flashing; replace VTRs and covers.
