Project Description: The work shall generally consist of repairs to various structures and facilities at Sand Island State Recreation Area, as quantified on the attached proposal and scope of work. Scope of work shall include, but not limited to reroofing comfort station #1. Overlay on existing roof: insulation to slope roof to both North and South sides of roof, cover board, fleeceback TPO 80 mil membrane with accessories; install 7% K-style galvalume gutters & PVC downspouts; replace (3) existing 53"x53" skylights with translucent double dome type; replace with galvalume flashing; install 4"x4" wood pergola slats to match design of pavilion #1; paint pergola to match existing color scheme. Install new roof on Pavilion #1 to include cover board, TPO 80 mil membrane with accessories, and galvalume flashing.
