One (1) each NEW Compact Horizontal Chipper/Shredder to process wood waste, yard debris, and other organic materials into smaller pieces/mulch, Bandit Mini Beast Model 1425 or approved substitution.

Special Instructions
1. All vendors shall review the attached documents before submitting a quotation.

2. Hawaii Compliance Express: Quotes of $2,500 or more will require a Certificate of Vendor Compliance in compliant status at time of award (HRS 103D-310(c). If a vendor does not have a compliant certificate, the vendor\'s quote will be disqualified, and the next lowest quote will be considered. 3. If submitting a quote for a product substitute, advance approval is required. The University may reject or deny any product offer that it deems to not be equivalent, and the findings in this regard shall be final and binding.

4. Quote must be valid for a minimum of 90 days after the Request for Quotation closing date.

5. Award will be in aggregate and subject to availability of funds.

6. Price shall be F.O.B. Destination, including all applicable charges, shipping, and taxes to:

7. Delivery is required within 180 consecutive calendar days after receipt of order (ARO).

8. Vendor receiving the award is required to provide the following documentation before a purchase order is issued. Note: Do not make any purchase until the approved purchase order is provided.
(1) Hawaii Compliance Express Certificate of Vendor Compliance
(2) Certificate of Liability Insurance (refer to Special Provisions Attachment 1)
(3) Signed Superquote Award notice

8. Upon request, the following documents shall be provided to the University:
(a) Manufacturer literature or brochure with technical data and illustrations of the product being offered.
(b) Warranty information for the proposed unit.
