Project Description: Furnish labor and material to replace 3 large Fire Inline fans / electrical starters, Gas outdoor boilers and two package units. Remove and redo the piping to three large hot water storage tanks.

This project will have a critical time schedule to meet: Earliest to start - May 19, 2025 and must be completed by August 11, 2025.

Special Instructions
All interested bidders are requested to attend a mandatory site walk through. A site walk through is scheduled for 9:00am Thursday April 17, 2025. Contractors shall meet at Frear Hall loading dock.
Contract documents will be distributed at the site walk through.
Contractors interested in bidding for this work must contact Walter Oshiro through e-mail, woshiro@hawaii.edu to confirm attendance by 10:00 am Wednesday April 16, 2025. Contractors that do not attend the mandatory site walk through, will not be allowed to bid for this work.
All contractors must be a licensed C-44 contractor.

Parts must be ordered within 2 days of receipt of PO.
