ALL bidders are requested to attend a mandatory site walk through at 9:30 pm on Tuesday April 15, 2025. Contractors shall meet at the University of Hawaii Office of Campus Operations and Facilities, 2002 East West Rd., Honolulu, Hawaii 96822. Contract documents will be distributed at the site walk Contract documents will be distributed at the site walk through. Contractors interested in bidding this work shall contact Carl Oshiro through email (coshiro6@hawaii.edu) to confirm attendance by 4:00 pm Monday April 14, 2025. Contractors who do not attend the site walk-through will not be allowed to bid. The award shall be made to the responsible bidder submitting the responsive bid with the lowest Total.
