If bid exceeds $2,500, vendor must furnish proof of compliance with the requirements of 103D-310A(c), HRS by presenting a Certificate of Vendor Compliance (refer to Hawaii Compliance Express: http://vendors.ehawaii.gov)

Vendor must accept UH purchase orders.
