The attached specifications delineate the minimum criteria, stating that all components of the snake trap must be made of stainless steel grade or a superior material suitable for outdoor applications.
All units are to be delivered to the designated delivery location: Hawaii Department of Agriculture, Plant Quarantine Branch (HDOA-PQB), 1849 Auiki Street, Honolulu, HI 96819.
