Project Description: The work consists of furnishing and paying for all labor, tools, equipment and materials necessary for the removal, handling, storage, transport and disposal of asbestos and lead-containing paint; repainting of various items; reservoir crack/spall repair; replacement of the roofing system; upgrades of the reservoir downspout and overflow line; adding vents to existing reservoir roof hatches; repair of existing CRM wall; modification of drain inlet to associated with overflow line upgrades; replacement of the reservoir hatch shelter door/frame; replacement of existing fence with new security fencing; construction of low retaining wall to support new fencing; and replacement of existing lighting system with LED light fixtures, all in accordance with plans and specifications, in place complete.
