Substitutions are subject to prior approval. Substitution specs must be submitted via email to lna4@hawawii.edu by 2pm on 04/09/25. We reserved the right to determine equivalency.

Quantities requested must be delivered within 1-2 weeks upon receiving purchase order. Partial deliveries acceptable. Please provide lead time.

Quote shall be FOB destination and must include any shipping/freight fees, all applicable taxes, and any discounts/rebates.

Awarded vendor must be “compliant” on the Hawaii Compliance Express website.
