Special Instructions
1. Please include all associated freight costs, fees and taxes, and meet all requirements listed in the item description and the attached specification sheets which are provided for reference. Delivery to 874 Dillingham Boulevard is required. Materials similar in design that meet the specifications shall be considered. The University reserves the right to determine equivalency. Submit requests for substitutions in writing with detailed specifications and a statement of variances by 12:00 pm 4/7/25. Replies will be submitted by 12:00 pm 4/8/25.

2. The University reserves the right to adjust quantities to meet budgetary requirements.

3. If quote is $2500.00 or more, please note that the University of Hawaii must verify vendor compliance with all laws governing entities doing business in the state, regardless of the method of payments used. The \"Certificate of Vendor Compliance\" is required of all vendors including those based outside of the State of Hawaii. The Hawaii Compliance Express online service will monitor the status of IRS and Hawaii Department of Taxation compliance. You may register on their website for an annual fee. Certificate will be issued in 10 business days for completion of registration.

Email question - Please confirm if you need a 2’ or 4’ vaportight. The model number shows 2’, but the spec sheet is highlighting 4’.
Response - We need the 4’ Vaportite per the spec sheet.
