Project Description: Provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and insurance necessary to replace the hot and cold water pressure reducing control valve station on the 6th floor, Dole side tower. The pressure regulators serve the Dole tower lower floors. (1st thru 6th) The proposed work shall generally include, but not limited to replacing 2 ea. 1 1/4\" pressure reducing control valves, 2 ea. 3/4\" pressure reducing valves, and all isolation valves. Refer to the mechanical section for detailed description of work. All work is located at the Frear Hall Dormitory, University of Hawaii at Manoa.

Special Instructions
All bidders are requested to attend a mandatory site walk through. A site walk through is scheduled for 9:00 am on April 9th, 2025. Contractors shall meet at the Frear Hall loading dock at 2569 Dole street. Contract documents will be distributed at the site walk through. Contractors interested in bidding for this work, must contact Alton Fujimoto by email altonf@hawaii.edu, or phone at 808 864-4161 to confirm attendance by 4:00 pm, April 8, 2025. Contractors that do not attend a mandatory site walk through, will not be allowed to bid on this work.
