Project Description: The scope of work consists of the removals and replacements of cesspools or Individual Wastewater Systems (IWS) servicing three locations, including the former Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) station, the Civil Air Patrol Building (CAP), and the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) building, at the Hilo International Airport.
