Project Description: The work shall generally consist of removing existing roofing, downspouts and gutters, installing a new asphalt shingle roof, galvalume gutter and downspouts, replacing 300 lf of deteriorated fascia, replacing 300 lf of deteriorated purlins, replacing 280 sf of damaged decking beneath roofing, trimming tree branches near the roof and other incidental work required.
