(8) Nanlite Projector Mount for Forza 60 and 60B LED Monolights (36°) (MFR #PJFMM36) or equivalent
(3) Nanlite Para 90 Quick-Open Softbox with Bowens Mount (35”) (MFR #SB-PR-90-Q) or equivalent

Special Instructions
1. Bid prices shall be F.O.B. destination, including all shipping, handling, and delivery costs and shall include all applicable taxes.

2. Items will be awarded as aggregate pending fund availability.

3. All items must be NEW and unused. Used or refurbished items will not be considered.

4. All items must be bid on.

5. The brand name and model numbers indicated are used in these specifications as a measure of quality and performance. Any brand or manufacturer of equal or better quality and performance than that specified will be considered for acceptance by the University. The University reserves the right to reject and deny any substitution that it may, in its discretion, deem unequal, and the findings in the regard shall be accepted by the Offeror as final and binding. An offer which includes a substitution shall be considered only if the substitution has been approved in advance by the University. Please email the requisitioner with specs prior to bidding if making substitutes or if you may have any questions.

6.Items must be received no later than May 10, 2025. Please do not bid if you cannot meet these requirements.

7. Awarded/named vendor shall be responsible for meeting all requirements necessary for the University to obtain a “Certificate of Vendor Compliance.” Vendor’s status is compliant the requirements of 103D-310(c), HRS. Vendor must attach Certificate of Vendor Compliance at the time of the award. If vendor is not compliant when bid is awarded, vendor will be disqualified.
