Necessary hardware for shades operation.
Removal and disposal of any existing window treatments
Full installation of all materials
Warranty: 10 year warranty on fabric and hardware from manufacturer defects. 1 year warranty on service and installation.
Does not cover misuse and/or abuse.

Special Instructions
-Vendor must be authorized installer and dealer of product.
-Product must be installed by June 14, 2025.
-Vendor responsible for scheduling date and time in advance to measure 2nd floor windows, if needed and do onsite evaluation:
Dillingham Windows: 8 each roller shade w/ fascia
Dillingham Ewa Windows: 4 each roller shade w/ fascia
Group Study Rooms: 8 each roller shade with fascia
Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (No holidays).
