Project Description: Provide all labor necessary to remove and replace the existing fabric sound dampening panels to the material indicated (or approved equal) in the plans and specifications. The proposed work shall generally include removal, and replacement of the fabric sound dampening panels and all of its components. Install all components and accessories according to manufacturer’s recommendations. Contact Corey Egami for final inspection. All work located at the Information Technology Center, UHM.

Special Instructions
All bidders are requested to attend a site walk-through. A site walk-through is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on Monday April 7, 2025. Contractors shall meet at the Information Technology Center (ITC) located at 2520 Correa Rd. Bid documents will be distributed at the walk-through. Contractors interested in bidding this work must contact Corey Egami through email (cegami@hawaii.edu) or phone (808-777-0650) to confirm attendance by 4:00 p.m. Friday April 4, 2025. This is the only scheduled walkthrough of the project site. Rooms availability is limited and alternate times for site visits will need to be made 48 hours in advance and scheduled accordingly. Contractor is required to provide a cost breakdown at time of bid. The breakdown must equal to the total cost of the bid. If correct breakdown is not provided at time of bid, the bid may be disqualified.
