Project Description:
Qty 1 – Rental, Set-up in the area marked on the attached layout, and Breakdown of White Tent with the following dimension:
Width: At minimum 40 feet
Length: At minimum 80 feet

Qty 4 – Rental, Set-up in the area marked on the attached layout, and Breakdown of White Marquee Tents with the following dimensions:
Width: At least 20 feet but no more than 25 feet
Length: At least 20 feet but no more than 25 feet

Qty 2 – Rental, Set-up in the area marked on the attached layout, and Breakdown of Sidewalls with the following dimension:
Length: At least 20 feet but no more than 25 feet

Qty 600 – Rental of Metal Chairs, No Arm, Folding, Stackable (delivered and stacked)
Qty 250 – Rental of White Chairs, No Arm, Folding, Stackable (delivered and stacked)

Special Instructions
1. Under section 103D-310(c), Hawaii Revised Statutes, all offerors, upon award of contract, must ensure compliance with all laws governing entities doing business in the State of Hawaii. Offerors will be expected to provide their “Certificate of Vendor Compliance” identifying their current status as “COMPLIANT” on Hawaii Compliance Express: http://vendors.ehawaii.gov/hce once contract is awarded.

2. Bid to include set-up of tents as defined in layout and delivery of chairs on Thursday, May 15, 2025 by 10 a.m. and breakdown on Saturday, May 17, 2025 by 10 a.m.

3. Bids shall be all-inclusive; including, but not limited to, the cost for labor, all applicable taxes, fees, etc.

4. Quotation must be valid for 60 days from the closing date of this request for quote.

5. Questions should be emailed to Clarice Kali at ckali@hawaii.edu no later than Monday, April 07, 2025. Responses will be provided no later than Wednesday, April 09, 2025.

6. All awards are subject to the University of Hawai’i Terms and Conditions Applicable to all Purchase Orders (see attachment); failure to agree and/or submission of separate terms and conditions may warrant disqualification.
