The School of Ocean, Earth Science and Technology (SOEST) is seeking to purchase one (1) 5k lb. Solid Pneumatic tire forklift. The minimum specifications below are required for your bid to be considered. Local service and support is required. Must be a certified dealer with factory service technicians, parts and services on Oahu. Bid price should include tax, freight, handling, shipping to Oahu.

Bid remains valid for (60) sixty days.

Delivery of forklift required six (6) weeks after receipt of order (ARO).

Subject to prior approval if making any substitutions.

Request for substitutions must be sent to Arlyn Ambrocio, SOEST Research Logistics Associate at arlynram@hawaii.edu / 808.673.0465.

Award of bid is contingent on receiving approval from SOEST Administration. Award shall be contingent upon availability of funds and any contract awarded shall be subject to cancellation by Research Corporation of the University of Hawaii for the benefit of SOEST at any time, if funds are not available.

RCUH also has the right to cancel the solicitation before the contract is awarded on behalf of SOEST Bidder should be aware of the terms and conditions attached to the solicitation, which can be found by clicking on the link in the header “terms and conditions” (Note: RCUH Attachment 31 will be applicable to this purchase).
