Project Description: This project generally consists of the removal of all existing aged and deteriorated roof covering in the Papa'ikou WWTP Administration and Operations building and Headworks building. After exposing, cleaning the roof surface, and preparing roof surface install a new waterproofing membrane over the roof structure in accordance with the plans and specifications.
