Project Description: The Hawaii Tourism Authority (HTA) is the state agency responsible for the repairs, maintenance, construction, and replacements of the Hawaii Convention Center pursuant to HRS 201B-3(a)(27). HTA solicits bids for the Rooftop Terrace Deck Repairs and Remodeling (Project) pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statute 103D-303. The Project consists of repairing and remodeling the 4th level roof-top pedestrian terrace deck.
