Project Description: Provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment and insurance necessary to perform refrigerant leak test & repairs to ACCU-2 System at Hawaiian Language Building, University of Hawaii at Hilo, as called for on the plans and technical specifications.
Special Instructions
Job Site Walk-Through Due to conditions at the site that may not be clearly identified in technical specifications and plans, it is highly recommended that all bidders visit the pre bid conference/ jobsite walk-through at 9:30am (HST) April 01, 2025, at College of Hawaiian Language Building.
Substitutions/Clarifications
Requests for substitutions/clarifications regarding the RFQ and its requirements must be submitted to Jerry Watanabe, University of Hawaii at Hilo, at jerrywat@hawaii.edu no later than 4:00 p.m. (HST) on APRIL 03, 2025.
