Project Description:
Qty 196 – Freestanding or Slide in Electric Range 24”. 4 burner, white or stainless, coil type, cooktop ON indicator, glass oven window, compliant with UL858 Household Electric Ranges Standard for Safety, standard clean oven. Hotpoint RAS240DMWW or equal.

Qty 7 – Freestanding Electric Range 30”. 4 burner, white or stainless, coil type, cooktop ON indicator, glass oven window, compliant with UL858 Household Electric Ranges Standard for Safety, standard clean oven. GE JBS360DMWW or equal

Qty 196 – Disconnect and remove old drop in range from room and the UH campus and dispose of properly. Relocate electrical box as needed to fit range. Wiring shall be long enough to allow range to be slid out and access electric box. Modify cabinetry to allow proper installation of the new range. Deliver and install new ranges as specified above. Close up gaps with stainless steel #4 finish sheetmetal (no sharp edges). Replacement shall be done on a schedule coordinated with UH Student Housing. Be advised there will be other work being done at the same time. Replacement shall be done between May 19, 2025 and August 11, 2025. A C-13 Contractor\\\\\\\'s License is required.

Buildings are: Hale Wainani (Buildings F, G, H and I), Frear Hall, Gateway Hall and Johnson Hall

Very limited storage is available for staging only.

Qty 7 – Remove and replace with new range as specified above. Replacement shall be done between May 19, 2025 and August 11, 2025.
