Project Description: The project scope includes PB:10: Providing a new aluminum Storefront / Bi-folding door system to the entrance and providing (2) new aluminum exit doors/ storefront glazing system separating existing Classroom no.1 and Classroom no.2 and adding new aluminum glass windows to the south walls and adding new LVT flooring and electrical lighting fixture and providing new gypsum board interior walls & ceiling with insulation and paint within the existing spaces and exposed exterior beams, post, siding and trims. PB-11: repairing existing damage / leaking ceiling and walls and replacing the existing air-conditioning units and replacing the existing windows in existing meetings room.
