Project Description: Provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, bonding and insurance necessary to remove the existing Les Murakami Baseball Stadium pad-mounted transformer and provide a new pad-mounted transformer. The existing pad-mounted transformer’s oil shall be tested prior to disposal.

Special Instructions
Contractor shall possess a valid State of Hawaii C-13 and C-62 licenses.
Contact Vernon for a site visit. Work shall be done on a Saturday or holiday.

Provide 3 spare fuses.
