Project Description: This MACC IDIQ Task Order project will take place at Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Kaneohe Bay, Oahu, Hawaii. The work includes repairs to storm drain system D2, F and H. Repairs include replacing the main drain lines, replacing box culverts, drain inlets, catch basins, manholes, adding new grate inlets and abandoning the existing outfall and replacing with new outfall. Lines and a catch basin to connect existing undrained areas. Scope of work shall include dewatering as needed and site restoration to include ac pavement and reestablishment of grass where disturbed. The work also includes repairs to potable water distribution system (see Attach 1 for approximate locations). Repairs include replacing pipe, bends, tees, reducers, valves and valve boxes. Provide concrete jacketing as required, provide chlorination and flushing of all lines. Old pipes either to be removed or cut and capped as required. Site restoration to include ac pavement patching and reestablishing grass where disturbed. Finally, this project will provide pavement repairs at miscellaneous roads aboard MCB Hawaii, Kaneohe Bay. Roads include: C Street, D Street, Second Street, Fourth Street and Fifth Street. Project will include pavement repair and restriping; repairs to curb and gutters; and traffic control during construction. This project will be subject to the provisions of the NAVFAC Master MACC Contract (available in our online plan room), the Buy American Act, and the Prevailing Wage Decision rates. The D Square Construction Sample Subcontract is available for review in the SUBCONTRACT DOCS folder, with the bidding documents in our online plan room. Submitting a price proposal, subcontractors acknowledge they have read our subcontract and will sign it as part of the condition of doing the work they are proposing. The Bid Schedule contains one (1) Base Bid Proposal Lump Sum Price Line. The price will remain valid for 120 days, as stated in the solicitation.
