Project Description: The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to perform all work related to patching, cleaning, prepping, and painting the first two floors (interior only) of Building 46. Painting shall include interior CMU walls, (~26 rooms and hallway per floor) and ~29 doors and frames. The approximate area to be painted is 17,500 sqft. The contractor is to then provide 10 gallons of spare paint and to move furniture back into the rooms.
The contractor is responsible for patching any drywall or concrete prior to priming.
The contractor must at minimum be RRP or OSHA Lead Awareness Trained in order to prep the painted surfaces to receive new Paint.
