Project Description: Following repairs and maintenance items being requested: 1. Lynx model 536LXi Tunnel Washer, SN 581: a. Remove & replace the gaskets on each of the three doors. b. Disconnect the conveyor belt to access the rinse sump chamber. Remove drawer screens and spray arms. Loosen hardware and remove access panel. Loosen bolts on the sump steam coil flanges to disconnect the leaking coil. Remove the coil from the sump chamber and out of washer. Install new sump coil into rinse sump chamber. Align piping, install new flange gaskets, tighten hardware, test system to confirm there are no leaks. Reinstall the access panel, spray arms, and drawer screens. Reconnect the conveyor belt using new belt pins to connect. c. While the conveyor belt is split apart, tech will remove and replace the leaking pipe fittings in the wash sump. d. Run & test washer to confirm functionality. 2. Lynx model 450LX Rack Washer, SN 580: a. Disconnect airlines, disconnect wiring harness, loosen hardware, and remove failing air bank from washer. Mount new air bank, install & tighten hardware, connect airlines, and connect wiring harness. b. Run & test unit to confirm functionality. Labor costs for repair work less than 1 hour will be at no additional cost to AVS. Provide quotations to AVS for work exceeding 1 hour and requiring a charge. Contractor must be available for service calls within 24-48 hours. Labor beyond regular PM will be charged at a rate no higher than $100/hr plus parts. The contractor may NOT subcontract work to other companies. Fees shall be inclusive of all travel, lodging and mobilization costs. Following is the make, model, and serial # of the cage/rack washers system: Kakaako 1) Lynx 450 LX Cage and Rackwasher (Serial 577). 2) Lynx 536 LXi Tunnel Cagewasher (Serial 581). AVS will notify the Contractor of any changes to the equipment listing.
