Project Description: Bidder is to provide a tow service for twenty (25) abandoned and derelict vehicles from land under jurisdiction of The State of Hawaii, DLNR, DOBOR, Kauai District. Towed vehicles shall include cars, sedans, civilian pickup trucks (small and large) and SUVs. This contract is also to include a tow service in the event of a disabled vehicle that is part of the Division of Boating and Ocean Recreation fleet.
