Project Description: Provide all necessary materials, labor, special tools and equipment necessary to implement the safe mold removal inside Bldg. 1784 Ground Floor offices, lobbies, and shower/toilets from all ceiling and wall surfaces including the fixed cabinets and open shelves mentioned in the detailed Scope of Work/Specifications (SOW / Specs), and proper disposal of all cloth wipes and contaminated wastes, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations set by EPA, OSHA, HIOSH, HIDOH, and other Federal, State, and Local Agencies.
