Project Description: 1. Perform all required inspections and proper tagging certifying the annual requirements per NFPA 25 and any applicable AHJ codes. 2. Perform tasks in six (6) locations: Imu Facility, Cafeteria, Demonstration Kitchen, Performing Arts Center, Learning Resource Center, and One-Stop-Center. 3. All discrepancies discovered shall be communicated to the facility manager with estimated repair cost immediately during the inspection & tagging process. 4. Documentations of work performed and any discrepancies discovered during the inspection and tagging process shall be completed and routed to Andrew Yamamoto at andrewty@hawaii.edu 5. It is the responsibility of the offeror to contact the fire alarm company (Simplex) to notify the testing date and resolve any alarm issues during the process. 6. The Offeror shall provide a minimum of two (2) working days notification to the campus on the date of the proposed performance of inspection and tagging. Representative(s) from the campus will be part of the inspection and tagging process as an observer and to unlock doors/gates as needed.
