Project Description: Provide all TOOLS, MATERIALS and EQUIPMENT necessary to install ONE (1) chilled water fan coil unit at Bilger Addition. The proposed work shall generally include the installation of a new chilled water fan coil unit, chilled water piping, and ductwork as indicated; the connection of the new equipment to the existing DDC system; and the testing, adjusting and balancing of the new equipment. Provide all LABOR and INSURANCE necessary to install ONE (1) chilled water fan coil unit at Bilger Addition. The proposed work shall generally include the installation of a new chilled water fan coil unit, chilled water piping, and ductwork as indicated; the connecting of the new equipment to the existing DDC system; and the testing, adjusting and balancing of the new equipment. No attachments have been added to this solicitation.
