Project Description: One year of janitorial services at the Office of Elections building located at 802 Lehua Avenue, Pearl City, Hawaii. Services include twice weekly general cleaning, twice yearly warehouse cleaning, and once a year deep office cleaning. The contract may be extended for up to two (2) years. Vendors must be registered and compliant with the provisions of Hawaii Compliance Express to be awarded the janitorial services contract.
