Project Description: The State of Hawaii Department of Law Enforcement (HDLE) is requesting statements of qualifications from Architectural/Engineering firms to provide full design and construction administration services for a new multi-functional public safety facility. The facility will include space for law enforcement administration offices, conference and training space(s), a shooting range, 911 operations, emergency coordination, and a twelve (12)-bed detention center.
