Project Description: The School Facilities Authority (SFA) manages a variety of projects across all Hawaiian Islands. This solicitation seeks to establish multiple indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts for General Contractor A and/or B licensed work at SFA facilities. Projects will occur at various sites statewide. Contractors selected under this RFP will be included in a prequalified pool and invited to submit proposals for specific projects as they arise.
