Project Description: Provide labor, materials, supplies to perform daily, weekly, monthly and annual janitorial services for the North Kohala State Office Building to maintain a clean, healthy environment for State employees and general public. Duties will include restroom cleaning, dusting, mopping, sweeping, polishing and other custodial requirements as outlined in attached specifications. One year commencing on Oct 16, 2024 and ending on Oct 15, 2025 with option to extend four (4) times if mutually acceptable.
