Project Description: Provide the labor, materials, and equipment to perform and furnish the Installation of Speed Bump on Kapahu Street, Kalawahine, Honolulu. The Contractor shall be responsible for restoring the area around the worksite to its original condition prior to the construction. Labor wages shall comply with State of Hawaii Chapter 104 Wage Rate Bulletin.
