Project Description: This MACC IDIQ Task Order project will occur at Acute Care Clinic Building 30 Tripler Army Medical Center, 459 Patterson Road, Honolulu, HI 96819. The Government is soliciting to award a task order to provide complete construction services in accordance with the attached Basis of Design, Specifications, and drawings. Contractor shall furnish labor and materials and perform work to replace the roofing and insulation of the ACC along with associated demolition, roof drains and flashings. Portions of the existing concrete porte cochere will be demolished and replaced as required by drawings and specifications to include demolition of existing PV arrays. This project will be subject to the VA NCO 21 MACC, Group 2 Contract (available in our online plan room), the Buy American Act, and the Prevailing Wage Decision rates. The D Square Construction Sample Subcontract is available for review in the SUBCONTRACT DOCS folder, with the bidding documents in our online plan room. By submitting a price proposal, subcontractors acknowledge they have read our subcontract and will sign our subcontract as part of the condition of doing the work they are proposing. The Bid Schedule contains one (1) Base Bid Proposal Lump Sum Price Line. The price will remain valid to for 30 calendar days as stated in the solicitation.
