Project Description: This RFP supports the permanent removal of the sailing vessel Falls of Clyde (FOC) and its contents in a safe, environmentally compliant manner, in accordance with state, federal and local laws in the prosecution of the work. The HDOT seeks services of an Offeror to support and facilitate the required work to remove the FOC from Honolulu Harbor, Oahu.
